I wanted to send her a couple of things from Australia however I only got her name and the name of the beach where she lives ...Playa Manglito.
Would anyone know the best way to send her something - do you think a courier company would get a package to her with just the beach address.
Would appreciate any help or advice

I don't know how big Playa Manglito (or Manguito) is, but I really cannot imagine any courier company being willing to take something without full address.
What you need is to find someone who lives there or knows people there. (Or who is holidaying nearby, and can visit.)

If they were only there visiting the beach and no one from her family works there, then you may have a difficult time sending anything to them. But if she has family working there, then you can send a package via DHL (more reliable) and send it c/o the hotel's manager.
It's too bad you weren't able to get their full mailing address, otherwise you would have been able to do something.
