this may sound kinda strange and extreame but it works and its free. take your handy dandy welder and weld a nut onto the end and then use the correct sized socket to get it off. it will not ruin the stud.

Some tire shops and dealers have universal locking lug nut removal kits and can usually get them off without damaging the stud. As one responder mentioned, some can be removed by pounding a slightly undersized socket on them in order to remove.

I had the same problem. Take it to a repair shop and have them cut it off with a torch. It will probably ruin the stud but that can be replaced very easily and won't cost much at all.
Perhaps the same place that you buy your new tires from will do this for little or no extra cost.

You can buy sockets specifically made for this purpose though they are usually only successful when used with a windy gun (air impact wrench). However most tyre companies have these sockets so it shouldn't be a problem.

Depends what sort of locking bolt it is. If it's the male shaped type then you can hammer an under sized socket over it and it should undo it

Drive over to the rough side of town and get a thief to remove them for you.
