at 28 it is uunlikely you can increase the size permanently and safely. Drugs come with risk to health and devices can damage the penis. So, why not practice being the best sex partner anyone could ever want and forget how tiny yoru penis is. Becides, as long as it is 3 inches or more, you have plenaty for everythgin you need except winning long schlong contests.

Get some river stones. Drill some a hole in each one and thread your string through. Gently tie other end to pecker and lower stones softly. Walk as far as you dare each day until you reach the 1 kilometer range. There after you will find that your pecker has stretched.
