When I see people I haven't seen for a long time, people whose company I may have enjoyed but lost touch with.
The one thing guaranteed to make me lighten up is to mix with positive people who, with one conversation, convince you that you're doing the right thing and made the right decision. If they make me laugh, even better. I love a good laugh.
