Stephen King's The Stand. Could you imagine most of the world dying from a super flu and being among the survivors who needs to rebuild the world and br uncertain what is going to happen in the future. Gary Sinise, Molly Ringwald and Ruby Dee star in the movie. The book is a lot better then the movie and has more detail.
