Do you think your average American has a clue where Europe is or even that America is not the only country.

Nature lover, the USA is a country, like England or Germany. How much money you got? I'll pay for my flight and I'll match what you got, house, car and bank balance, if within 36 hours we sit face to face and compete. The competition, I name and locate US states. You name and locate English counties and when you've run out, the regions of France, Germany and Belgium until one of us can name no more. You're typical of an American, misunderstanding my question because you've been brainwashed into believing one US state is comparable with one european country. Talk about up your own rectum. Thanks, you've just confirmed my suspicions.

You can tell who the Americans are on here as they haven't answered your question....they just answered the question they wanted to answer and got all defensive.

I don't remember you asking people to define county lines in the UK so why are the numpty idiots going on about pointing out the locations of states?

It would be nice if America would vote for a president with a brain and some morals. And even better if he would listen to the CIA instead of thinking he knows better. And better still if he would keep from invading other countries for no legitimate reason.

I think America's problem is that it chooses the worst people to represent it. American's just don't know what is going on outside the US and is one of the biggest examples of a sociopathic public opinion that their country can do no wrong, and that anybody questioning the actions of their country is wrong, an aggressor, a communist, a terrorist or just out to destroy the USA.

America is not now, nor has ever been the greatest or most powerful country in the world.

America bashing is way too easy and there are a lot of switched on intelligent Americans, just as there are a lot of dumb Brits, Aussies and French. i suppose what winds people up though is the general attitude towards the places they dont know, but seek to control.

and yes, i think any world leader who seeks to have any dealings with the rest of the world should have a knowledge of the world that i was taught in Scotland aged 12.

the U. S. has an eye-catching Black candidate working for the Democratic nomination precise now. individually, i don't have self assurance American's rather care that plenty approximately race. we could have a black, lady, Jew. No venture. Europe does not have the comparable legacy of community slavery, so their subject concerns are diverse. they actually care approximately language and national foundation although.

Oh, as has been stated he knows where Europe is he just doesn't know which country is where. As for knowing where all the states in the US are that would be like Yanks knowing where Scotland and Wales are in relation to England.

Well, the President has to be a US citizen, so I doubt it'll ever happen.

Ever seen an American map of the world? Seattle on the left, and Boston on the right.

It is NOT fair to expect Americans to know where Austria and Iceland are just as I wouldn't expect the French to know which are the Southern States of America - who really cares, it is NOT critical information.

Know what? I bet a lot of Asians think that Austria and Australia; Sweden and Switzerland are the same country - (it's alright Mister Presideeennnt not your fault they can't find original names to call their countries... sheezzz!!!)

Who cares where Europe is? Europe isn't paying his salary. It is about time, that he had one that knows where America is.

I bet 99% of American adults can find Europe. But, if you draw the borders and remove the words, and ask us where say France, Germany, Turkey are... We would FAIL MISERABLY.

Now it looks like we are saving it from Radical Islam.
