For the guy or the girl? Studies generally show uncircumcised, for both partners. One of those studies is http://www.sexasnatureintendedit.com
It makes sense that an intact penis is more sensitive, because they still have the sensitive foreskin with nerve endings, and also the glans is more sensitive as it is protected. Also cut guys are more likely to need lube when they masturbate and even with their partners.

Having said that, there is more to sex for both parties than whether the guy is circumcised or not, so it doesn't make the biggest difference.

For the male: in most cases an uncircumcised penis would "feel" better since there are more nerve endings left intact on the inner foreskin. Also, the foreskin covers the glans most of the time keeping it moist and sensitive. When the penis is circumcised, you loose all of those nerve endings on ridged band of the inner foreskin and the glans becomes permenantly exposed to friction which desensitzes it.

On the other hand, if the person has a very tight foreskin or an overly sensitive penis, circumcised would obviously be better for them because it relieves that problem by allowing the glans to be exposed for more contact while at the same time offering a slight reduction in sensitivity. So it really depends on the person as far as which one is going to "feel" better.

For the female: No question, 9 times out of 10 a woman is going to say that an uncircumcised penis feels better. The reason for this is because the foreskin provides a "gliding" motion during sexual intercourse which reduces friction in the vagina. Also, because the uncircumcised penis is usually a bit more sensitive, the male doesn't have to thrust as hard to achieve orgasm which is also more comfortable for the women. Some women prefer circumcised penises more becaues of looks or possibly when performing oral sex, but when it comes to intercourse, the vast majority always say uncircumcised is better.

It depends who you ask and their situation. Guys who were circumcised as infants have nothing to compare it to, and guys who've been uncircumcised their whole live also have nothing to compare it to. And some circumcised guys feel really desensitized, whereas some uncircumcised guys have problems with their foreskins. So in these cases, it'd probably feel better to be the other.

Anyway, personally, I think it feels better to be uncircumcised. The foreskin itself can be really sensitive and is rather fun to play with. And if I ever want to "simulate" being circumcised (though a poor simulation at that), I could just pull and hold the foreskin back and go at it. And of course I've never had any problems with my foreskin whatsoever, and most uncircumcised guys never do, actually.

Besides, there are some studies that support this. The foreskin does have a lot of nerve endings that can contribute to sexual sensitivity (links 1, 2). And, some studies suggest that the foreskin may be beneficial to the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 3, 4, 5).

So in my biased opinion (because every opinion here WILL be biased), as long as the foreskin works (which it does in the vast majority of uncircumcised guys), he maintains good hygiene of the area (which is really easy and quick), and he practices safe sex (which he should anyway), then it probably feels better to be uncircumcised.

Quite a mix of useless replies, i assume you are talking about nerve endings and sensation. I am uncut so I have nothing to compare it to. But I have read that circumcision can remove as much as 60% of the nerve endings responsable for sexual stimuilation so I am not about to go get cut. It's barbaric and unecessary. You can research the numbers for yourself, but I truly do feel bad for all the cut guys.

I should also mention that I have never had any sort of infection, and with a daily shower no complaints either. There are just a few misconceptions out there. But yes after going to the gym or a hot day in the sun, bit nasty, but I think thats quite universal. That's what hygene is all about after all.

From a woman's point of view, sex is much, much better with an uncircumcised man. I am very grateful that my husband's parents were sensible enough not to follow the crowd and cut off part of his penis. I am by no means in the minority in preferring intact; 90% of women in a survey said intact was better. http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html Just about the only women who think they prefer a mutilated penis are the ones who have never experienced the joys of natural sex. Foreskin rocks!

Don't really notice a difference in feeling. But circumcised looks heaps better. Thats just my opinion. I can't speak for other women.

Yes to both! Being an intact male I can clearly say that my wife and I both enjoy my foreskin because it's offered us the best of both worlds during sexual pleasure for the both of us. She has been with both circumcised and uncircumcised men before and what we have learned together is we can manipulate the situation to best fit our mood. If she wants to be with a circumcised partner or if I want to feel circumcised, we simply pull back my foreskin during foreplay, oral or while having intercourse. She gets the same pleasure acept for the caloused, rough and dried glans and I get the added exposed glans and inner foreskin stimulation with the assistance of some added lubrication. When we are in the uncircumcised mood, she or we pay close attention to the eroginous zones within the foreskin cap through foreplay (pulling, stretching, stroking, stuffing) or oral (nibbling, bitting, sucking or inserting the tongue) and intercourse (no added lubrication is ever needed).

Being uncircumcised clearly has it's best of both worlds advantages. As you can see, both can feel better to both parties but being uncircumcised, gives us far more avenues to venture down together and not to mention the prolonged hightened sensation we both get from it.

In my own experience and words, I can clearly tell you I am thankful to have been born and left intact. The sensation builds from the slightest touch, pulling or stretching and rolling of the foreskin as it slides up and down the shaft and back over to cover the glans. At the same time to feel the sensation as the frenulum (G-string) stretches on each downward stroke. Feeling the silky skin as it caresses and recovers the glans on each upward stroke. All combined and working together to give me complete sensory overload!

I was told from my parents that they left me intact so I could make my own circumcision decision. It wasn't easy for me growing up in a circ-society or era. Being the less than 5% I felt uneasy in the showers and on dates with inexperienced and unknowledgable women that I ended up one day getting a consultation for a circumcision. Experiencing the best of both worlds with my wife, I learned that it would have been a big mistake and irreversible to have gone through with the circumcision.

I'm uncircumcised, and most of the feeling is in my foreskin. I can reach orgasm easiest by rubbing the foreskin between two fingers. If I push the skin back and rub the head (glans) their is very little feeling at all.

i.e., ask anyone WITH foreskin, and they can tell you which part of the penis has the most feeling. It's that simple.
