I do. Well, my middle name, at least (Rockinfreakopotamus) -- Mandie's my (real) first name, but the other's just easier to say.

Okay, okay, fine. My user name is not my real middle name, no (because I know you believed me...) but if you meant do we use our real name at ALL on here, then yes. I use my real (first) name in my bio and in answers where a name is called for (like the Q about how I answer my phone, the true short story I wrote out last night, etc., although I used a fake last name). It's lousy for the privacy, I suppose, & having been stalked before I should care about that, but I'm too lazy to remember to use a fake name. lol And it's not like I say anything here that I wouldn't say to people i.r.l., so...

Frankly, I'm simultaneously appalled and relieved that Double D Debbie is not your real name! : |

Suppose it depends on whether they want (for whatever reason) to stay anonymous or doesn't care if the people know who they are. Using your real name, however, make you think twice before giving an answer.
