Why switch back?? Synthetic lasts longer and protects best. Most regular oils have too much ash in them and cause sludge and varnish buildup. Stick with the Mobil one, and change it when it gets dirty or thick.

These days manufacturers are pushing the temperature envelope in an effort to increase mileage and decrease emissions, when you use mineral based oil you run the risk of sludge. My advice is , stick with the synthetic. But yes you can switch back and forth without any problems.

Not at all. Just put regular oil in. There is very little difference in oil for most users. The only difference is that you might need to change it sooner (maybe 10,000 miles).

no, but a thing to keep in mind is that the oil picks up dirt and particles from the engine, road dirt, combustion dirt, and other stuff . So your oil filter may stop doing so good filtering ant 5,000 miles
