Who wrote this poem?

A sweet plantiff song did I hear! And I fancied she was the singer, may emotions as pure, as that song did astir, be the worst that the future shall bring her..?

Uncle Dodge is right ...

if you searched for it, you might not have found it because it should be

"A sweet plainTIVE song" -- not PLAINTIFF ...

I think "A Sweet Plaintiff Song" is on the soundtrack of "Erin Brockovich: the Musical."
