Try some lube like KY. If that's not the problem, she should see a dr.

I wish you had been more specific about the pain, because it could be any number of things.
For example, during intercourse, a woman's cervix will raise to allow the man to enter deeper. However, if a woman is not ready to have sex, it will not raise or soften, and it can be quite painful. You may actually feel it when you're in the deepest.
Another thing could be lack of lubrication, not enough foreplay, or she's uncomfortable.
If she feels pain on either the left or the right side, when your penis is in the deepest, it could very well be endometriosis (sp?), and she needs to see a doctor for that.
Try positions that are the most comfortable to her, and take things slow. Most important is: make sure she's ready, comfortable and feels like you would still love her and not hold anything against her if she told you about the pain.
GOOD LUCK!

Have her go to the doctors, ASAP. This is a sign of endometriosis. My neice just had surgery for this and pain during and after sex was the main symptom.
Symptoms of endometriosis
The most common symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain. The pain often correlates to the menstrual cycle, however a woman with endometriosis may also experience pain at other times during her monthly cycle.
For many women, but not everyone, the pain of endometriosis can unfortunately be so severe and debilitating that it impacts on her life significant ways.
Pain may be felt:
before/during/after menstruation
during ovulation
in the bowel during menstruation
when passing urine
during or after sexual intercourse
in the lower back region
Other symptoms may include:
diarrhoea or constipation (in particular in connection with menstruation)
abdominal bloating (again, in connection with menstruation)
heavy or irregular bleeding
fatigue

Best check with the doctor. Sex is supposed to be a very pleasant experience - the reason why people engage in so much of it. If there is pain or discomfort, something is wrong. Best she sees the proper doctor and find out what is happening.
There may be something severely wrong with the structure of her apparatus or there may be growth of some obstruction. Don't fool around, Get some sound medical advice.

it would help to know where the pain was specifically. Many things can cause discomfort, including a cyst on the fallopian tubes, bruises on the cervix, menstruation not occuring properly.
How long as she had the pain?
If you want a serious answer, you need to be specific. If you went to a doctor, certainly he waould find your question general, and ask the same things as I. Where is the pain. What is the intensity. Does the pain vary with position.
Sorry couldn't be more help, but general questions get general answers.

you need to find out the real reason for pain. Is it physical ? Meaning are you not taking care of sufficiently lubricating her ? Does she have psychological disinterest in sex ? I think you need to get into lot of details regarding real cause of it.

seems like you go straight into the action... try foreplay... the two of you watch sex movie ... try to arouse her sexuality and then hit the spot... nothing is wrong with your girl... maybe it's you who have a problem coz you have it all done straight ... not all girls respond easily when it comes to making love with their partners... be patient enough... maybe you are just in a hurry to let your ***** go into her... let her lubricate first.... the normal lubrication...
