I think the Democrats could have come up with a better candidate than Kerry. Kerry kept changing his stances on subjects---"flip-flopping" is what they called it and Americans were not comfortable putting their vote behind someone that didn't seem sure. It was basically picking the lesser of two evils....
Slim pickin's if you asked me. :(

I am of the opinion John Kerry was a "flake". He's just a pretty boy who is down on America, out of touch with reality, and hates the military and those who served our country and the world. The only smart thing he ever did was to marry Theresa Hinze of the ketchup family and use her money and influence to gt ahead in life. He has no ideas of his own, changes positions as the times change, and is in my opinion a man who doesn't believe in the American way. Forget him.

I had made up my mind long before Kerry was nominated, that I was going to vote against GWB. Even though I eventually voted for him, I was disappointed when Sen. Kerry was announced. I do believe that an even marginally better candidate would've trounced W.
