Well i don't really want to go into my sex life on line but what i will say is that having a good sex life depends on your state of mind. If you are stressed or over weight don't eat properly smoke and drink any of these done in excess will cut down on your sex drive.

I would suggest going and talking to your pharmacist, they can give you a pill called wyld or wild not sure how to spell it. Anywho these will give your body a top up in case it is missing any of the vital vitamins and minerals that you need to help you get in the mood. there is also a thing called combination 12 salts which you can take as well these are very helpful as well. I would also talk to them about as funny as the name is horny goats weed this will if all else fails have you really antzi.

I would say though that none of this will work if your communication is down have you asked him why he doesn't feel like it?? This is also not un common for men in there 40's

Mine is now. There was a time though but I think we have gotten through it. You need to sit him down and explain the facts of life to him before you start looking for someone to fill the void. And if you were happy, you wouldn't be questioning people about this. You can be generally happy but this is a thorn in your side and it will only get worse as your sex drive increases and it will fester until one day you either cheat or explode at him and divorce him.

That's nice that you are still happy together! Sex isn't the only important thing in the world.

I have a great sex life but we're both 18, so that's another story.

The only problem is I don't get to see him often. So I'm only actually getting laid once a week or less-- had to go about a year without even seeing him at all one time.

I am certain that whatever made the romance in your lives could rekindle the sex if it was good before.

If the sex becomes each person for themselves, I'm serious - hold each other's toys and be involved. That's better than going out on websites complaining.

Lots of people have a good sex life with their partner but there's also lots of people that has a bad sex life who's partner isn't comfortable doing it or just doesn't want to but still have a good relationship.

My hubby and I are both 26, married 5 years- together 7. Our sex life is fantastic... at least I think it is. We have it at least 5 times a week.

although I am a lot younger than your age, i completely understand what you mean. I am 18 and she is 22, we've been together for 3 years and everything is great, really GREAT; except for our sex life... it's really awkward because it's her who is uncomfortable with her body.

Speak with him about the issue and together find a solution.

best of luck

Raising my hand. Yes it is enjoyable. We make an effort to keep it that way. Sex, just like everything else, requires work-and it is FUN work!

Every life is different. I think it depends on what both of you want and if you are still attracted to each other.
