Well I experienced such during Katrina and I think it will be the same if that happened on New years. People frustrated, wanting food, water, people dying, etc. I'd be so scared! I have a phobia for the new years since the Y2K bug scare. I hope it doesnt happen!

Fire up the generator and I would have electricity, ice and all that and make my own music. Load up the guns cause the cops can't be everywhere. And midnite doesn't happen all over the world at the same time.

I have to agree with Mummy. If it happened worldwide at midnight I'd have plenty of time to stalk up on water. I have guns to hunt food and I know people who have generators if I need it.

I would be at home with my lovely wife, with candles burning. I live in Florida, and we are always "huricane ready" with food, water, batteries, battery operated TV, lamps and fan.
