It could be several things being constipated for a length of time may be indicant to the stomach cramps. Also doe she have both testicles in place in his scrotum? It may be that one hasn't dropped down into place, and while this is generally picked up and sorted out at an early age it is possible for it to be missed

purchase your self some form or Pampering. those are great once you have cramps. when I had undesirable cramps, I used to place a heating pad on my tummy. (medium warmth) the warmth felt stable & in the previous long, my cramps have been long gone. My granddaugher exchange into having undesirable cramps too, so i bought her the "time launched" Midol pills for her. She stated they worked particularly nicely.

he needs to look at his diet , and perhaps he may be drinking too many gassy drinks
It is usually what goes in one end that cause problems at the other end /
However if he is confident the diet is not the issue and it doesn't clear up in a couple of days he should see his GP

It's probably something he's eaten. Everyone has a tummy upset now and again. In a couple of hours, it will probably go. Try to get him to go to the toilet. That will help.
