Just promise to be a good step father and I'm sure he'll be fine! Let him know that even though you'll be making sweet love to his mother each and every night, that as his new parent you'll always keep his best interests in mind...except of course when you're actually making said sweet love.

well, if your best friend had never met his mom because she had him when she was 15 and she gave him away, and now she's a hott 30 year old, and he didn't even know it was his mom, then i don't think there would be anything wrong.
of course that would have to mean your best friend is significantly younger than you.

Wow. That would be very....shocking to hear. I think you should try to tread lightly on this one. You know, ask him if he'd mind if his mom got remarried and then gently introduce him to the suggestion.....oh what am I saying? you're screwed.

difficult to say..it all depends on the personality of your best friend and the kind of relationship you share with him and his mother i suppose..
