Run away and hide at the top of the world, while blushing and wondering whether to sue them or congratulate them for their taste and feel flattered.
[This especially applies to compliments from my family.]
But most of the time I just blush and run away.

I feel good. It's good to know someone appreciates you.
However, I know when someone is just sucking up to me when they flatter me. I just brush them off. You know, they're trying to get into your good books for something.
