Integrity is to have en emapthy born of a consideration for the sensibilities of those around you. Morality determines a persons power over will, their character, their very standing.

Two types of immoral persons. firstly those who are openly philanders and trollops. Secondly those who constantly strive for that higher sense of being and freedom, but fall prey to their ardour or lust.

We all know a happy hooker or a cavorting casanova, as fellow citizens we mutter there but for the grace of Gods mercy Go I. Some are intrinsically begger natured, always in need greed and lust, never content and satisfied and have no control over their will or lower nature..

Tolerable, but you would not ordinarily refer to these persons as people of integrity.

Be Effortlessly Moral. If it requires an inordinate amount penance and self denial the the need itself needs to be cured, should you desire to cure it.....

Immorality (other than a few very 'bad' actions that are pretty universally rejected) is truly a matter of what you believe as right or wrong actions relating to your morals.
Many people limit the term 'immorality' to sexual issues.

Integrity on the other hand has a fairly global meaning of being someone that does the right thing even in difficult circumstances, keeps their word, etc.

These CAN overlap, but in general there is only a small commonality between the two.

An example would be President Kennedy who had at least one affair while married, and was viewed as a man of his word that was honest and fair in his dealings.
The first action would be viewed by many as immoral, yet the second and third actions would be viewed by most as having integrity.

So...

Yes, someone YOU think behaves in an immoral fashion could very well have a high level of integrity in others' eyes; or even in YOUR eyes in areas outside of the one you consider immoral!

Maybe , if the immoral person doesn`t know , that what she/he doing is actually against human or especially before Gods law.( not knowing of immorality means he/she is psychologically unstable)
The other way around is , she/he can still preserve integrity , when it really happened accidentally, or because it can`t be help , then later if she/he establish the life she/he is dreaming , and regret from the heart .
Life should go on , no matter what, all we have to do is do our best not to commit the same mistake as our conscience doesn`t wants us to do.

It depends on what you mean when you say "immoral" There are those who are sexually immoral, but would never be dishonest or betray a friend. So yes, I think it is possible.
