Not so much "younger" as just "not growing older"
The calendar says I'm 45, but I still feel 25 -- my goofy sense of humor, my energy and vitality, etc.
I do, however, still take care of my responsibilities -- and much better than I did at 25 -- but I told myself as a young man that I would never turn into a crotchety old poop when I got older, and I've largely succeeded.
I heard a great saying just a few years ago:
"We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing."

I don't know about younger, but I definitely grow more carefree....I worry about the little stuff less and less the older I get, and I think maybe that makes me feel younger or more lighthearted.
