Khashoggi was famous for his really wild lifestyle. He had a yacht that was really big and it was called Nabila.

The song Khashoggi's ship seems to be Freddie saying, 'Um....yeah. People may say I'm past my prime and that the time of my life is gone, but you know what? I'm still here. I'm still having a good time."

So...putting them together, maybe Freddie was comparing his life and parties to Khashoggi's?

I don't think it's a euphemism, just a way of getting the point across. Or maybe just colorful words and strong visuals? Freddie was fantastic at those. Just listen to Flick of the Wrist or Death On Two Legs, wow.

Ah, either way. Queen is, was and always will be fantastic and the best.
RIP Freddie.

Considering Mr. Mercury's alignment, I would say that's a reference to a gay party.
