Not really. Some hate each other. Some are jealous etc.
- Batista boasts backstage for being in evolution with Triple h and Ric Flair and always getting shots. That makes some hate him. He had a real brawl with Booker T.
- When you piss Triple h or any of his pals, you're dead meat. Triple h will complain to Vince about making you a jobber. He may also be a snob. He can get away with anything he wants for being Steph's husband.
- People say John Cena, MVP and many others are very , very nice.
- Randy Orton, as people say, may be annoying.

It depends. There were rivalries, like that of Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, that were in fact legit, as the two loathed each other even outside the ring. Ric Flair was also in a real-life rivalry with Mick Foley. In any case, most of them, I imagine, are good friends. :)
Some examples:
A very famous gang is that of Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero and Chavo Guerrero. Adam "Edge" Copeland and Jay "Christian Cage" Reso are lifelong friends, and both are friends with Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Lance Storm.
Believe it or not, John Cena and Samoa Joe of TNA are good friends and used to battle-rap together, and so are Randy Orton and Mark Jindrak. Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy are all very good friends with Shannon Moore and Gregory Helms, and have known each other long before WWE.
Charlie Haas' best man at his wedding to Jackie "Miss Jackie" Gayda was Shelton Benjamin. Bubba Ray Dudley used to travel with the likes of Tommy Dreamer. Ashley Massaro and Paul London are dating, and Paul London and Brian Kendrick have been friends even when they were on the indy circuit together. John Morrison is the real life girlfriend of Melina Perez, and Mickie James is engaged to Kenny Dykstra. Torrie Wilson and Billy Kidman were once married but are now divorced.
For those who watch TNA, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin and Sonjay Dutt are all very close friends. AJ Styles named his first son after his close friend, Christopher Daniels. And he's not affiliated with TNA, but Adam "Joey Mercury" Birch, was affiliated with OMEGA, the indy promotion run by the Hardy Boyz before they went on to WWE.
The mother of all gangs, however, is the Kliq, composed of Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and X-Pac. They were notorious for stealing the spotlight backstage and onstage, and attracted a lot of enemies, including ECW alumnus Troy Martin, a.k.a. Shane Douglas. There is also a purported "Wrestler's Court" composed of Hardcore Holly, The Undertaker and JBL, who are notorious for bullying younger wrestlers.
That was a mouthful. Hope that helped. ^_^

- Not necessarily friends. There have been feuds.
- There are levels of respect in the locker room. When Benoit was still alive he was one of the most respected together with the Undertaker.
- Gay Mysterio doesn't change

Not all are best friends, but they do travel together, so they have to get along. =P I know that Matt and Adam don't like each other because the Amy thing really did happen in real life, but that's the only one I have heard of.
