can you use a wireless optical mouse and keyboard via a wired recieve/ transmit pad device connectd to a usb port


ok when i connect the wired usb device(driver installed first) and remove the wired mouse and wired kboard my pc freezes and wont boot up

ive tried changing the mouse andkeyboard to usb connection in bios
but no luck,i dont know what the pad device is
its not a kboard or mouse

stu~ive tried that but it wont boot
do i remove the wired kboard too

Install drivers
Connect USB "transveiver" for the keyb / mouse set
Shut down PC
REMOVE old mouse from PC
power on, wait till Windows detects the new mouse

Windows does not like PS/2 devices "disappearing" while it's on

If the wireless keyboard and mouse transmit via a USB antenna, you should be fine to use them.
