I am trying to install the Microsoft Office 2003 with my laptop. I typed in the certificate of authenticity and I made sure they are right, but it's still invalid! What is the problem? is it because I did not register this laptop?

For MS Office 2003, check the certificate that comes with the CD not the laptop. Sometimes you can confuse 0 (zero) with an O (letter o). If there is a line inside the 0, it's a zero. ^_^

The COA (certificate of Authenticity) stuck to the laptop will be for WINDOWS not OFFICE
If it CAME with office, then the CD it came with should have a COA label on it's cover. Use this.
