I'm currently dealing with a friend who's been a victim of Spousal Abuse, for many years. and I'm trying to convince her to walk away. YES!! One-Eighty Degree changes are commonplace!! But I cannot step away from her. I Love and care about her, too much to do that!!

My emotions are continually spinnning! 180 all the way to 360.
I am up! I am down! I let life's little things become big things! I have to spend more time dwelling on the positive aspects and learn to let life's little inconsistencies go to the wayside!

Nope, mine don't flip like that. You might want to seek a professional opinion on this if yours are as it doesn't sound healthy or pleasant to say the least, and not to mention for those that care about and love you.

Yes I'm bipolar. One minute I'm fine and the next I could become really angry. I started taking meds and going to counseling for that.
