It was permanently deleted, the only thing you can really do is maybe try a system restore, (a recent one), maybe that will work,.

You cant really do to much, maybe you backed up your computer recently, like to a DVD or a hard drive, that would for sure have your files, that is depending on when the backup was made..

Hope that made some sense.

The recycle bin can only be so big (it's a preset % of the hard drive i believe) so after that it should just trashed the rest of your files if the folder no longer exist in it's old place. Try looking for a undelete program as mentioned above.

I think when that happens the folder automatically is permanently deleted and doesn't stay in the recycle bin. Sorry that that happened. Maybe there's a program, like Nortons that can look for recently deleted files.

You will need to use an undelete program to recover this folder. Be warned that if you install this or any other app on this PC, you run the risk of overwriting the folder contents. Avoid using this PC for now. Any application that writes to the harddrive can damage the deleted files and make recovery more difficult. This can include programs that use the drive for swap files, temporary internet files, etc.

Consider using an undelete program that you can run from a flash drive. I found Free Undelete 2.0 that can run from a flash drive. Download and install to a flash drive, the run the app (approx 1MB).

Good Luck!

EDIT: Forgot to mention that this app is free!
