AOL will stop supporting it after the first of the year...

It should already be dragged out of street and shot, newer Netscape software merely a rebranding of Firefox and old Navigator is just ancient compare to Firefox and IE.

It is true that AOL, owners of Netscape, will cease development and support of Netscape. My hope is that they will release it to the open source community.
