You need to use a metal drain snake. Draino and other chemicals work poorly at best. If you don't have access to a drain snake, take apart the trap under the sink & clean it out.

Do you have a plunger? If so remove all the water you can get out first. Draino will burn your skin! May want to put on some glasses also, then plunge it! You might try using one of them pressurized cans they sell for this also. P.S If there is two drains, hold a wet rag over the other, otherwise the pressure will come up the other one, and you'll do no good.

I would first clean out the cabinet,if applicable,to make room to work, remove the pea trap, which is normally made from pvc and if not, replace it with for future use and they are the fittings that connect the sink to the drain. They're usually hand tightened and easy to remove flush it if it's clogged and you may be surprised in your findings. You can rent what is called a snake that you can run in and out the drain if necessary or purchase one at minimal cost. Also there is a drain at the exterior of the house if your living in a rural sub division, but in certain type units not.Replace with new gaskets if you're planning to re- use fittings and your problems should be solved.
