LOL I mention my left eye because the twitch is obviously due to an abundant amount of stress. I'll know the stress is gone when the twitch is gone. I'll know the happiness is here when the stress is not, etc.

I know i've found happiness when i smile & laugh over the event or occurence, and when it crosses my mind any moment of ANY day, i remember that feeling of nostalgia or even just a tinge of that happiness and smile by just remembering.

I start smiling more at school and not making everybody think I'm emo even though I'm shy around some people I don't know even though I'm not emo and it drives me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thats when I know I've found happiness:)
