Yes, it is my habit to eat my supper when I am at work on night shift about now. Even when I am home, I will wake up at this time, starved.

omg yes!!! i mena i sound like such a fat a** but right know i have my veggie chips and cream cheese. haha got to love em. idk y i get so hungry at night!! weird i think i mgiht do a study on it! and havent you noticed when you go to bed hungry you wake up starving? isnt that crazy? i usually laugh when it happens haha dont ask

lets here it for the night shift workers i have the same problem. i am just eating my first real meal at 10pm and am always huuuungry at 0200. nice to know i am not alone out there
