Are there any other ways apart from taking the pill?

you have to be on some form of birth control...like the pill....start taking the pill, for a full month.....when you want you period take the placebos....usually they are white...you will get your period.....if you run out of the first three weeks of pill and you don't want your period skip the white one(placebos) and start a new pack....when you want your period take the white pills. you can take the pills for about three months straight and saftely not have a period..after abot three months should should allow yourself to have a period...there may be spotting inbetween....or just take seasonale

If you take birth control pills, you can keep taking the active pills for an extra week or 2 to switch your period to be later.

No way except for a contraceptive pill.

Try Lybrel or Seasonale/Seasonique.

I heard that if you use Birth Control that will keep you from ovulating regularly. So you would have to wait longer to have your next period.
