Sometimes I listen to hypnotism CDs to combat my chronic insomnia. They work so well that I sometimes fall asleep listening to them. I could never sleep with music on, unless it was relaxation music, and even then I am not sure. Other times I listen to a cat purring in my ear, or the sound of traffic going past my house.
