will doing about 300 pushups eating right and runnin probly 2-3 miles per day help build muscle fast?

You also need protein. Theres alot of products, and there not cheap. It helps to mend and build your muscles. I've also been told by my BIO lecturer that you may get stronger and bigger, but if your mucles are not cared for properly, they will start to deriorate quicker than usual as you get older, and stop working out as much. Dont forget to warm up and warm down. Its very important and your able to continue exercising longer.

Any exercise will build muscle, but you can't accomplish it over night and some exercise is better than others at building muscle. To specifically target muscles you should go to a gym and work several different upper body muscle groups then alternate the next day with lower body.

running helps you lose weight rather then build muscle at a fast pace. Push-ups withh help your chest and arms.........

Its better to go to the gym and work your entire body evenly so you dont look dissproportioned.
