I don't see any evidence that either NYU or Stanford has a major in Property Management (it doesn't sound like the kind of thing one would find at an elite school - it sounds more like a community college major) I would expect something between $30,000 and $35,000. By the way, I tried out the salary wizard that someone else posted, and the salaries were absurd. They seem more geared to someone seven to ten years out of college than to new graduates!

I had the same thought as neniaf when I first read your question. I'd be stunned if NYU and Stanford offer property management as a major.

Even if they do, there are so many different jobs in property management in LA that there is no way we could accurately guess your likely starting salary no matter what school you went to.
