It's a mix. I use everything that you said as well as "sorry?" or "beg yours?" What I'd love to say is "speak up!"

I usually say "Could you please repeat that I didn't hear you"
If it's just a close friend & it's something that's not serious I'll say "Huh" or "what" not very proper I know but it's just friends so it's ok :)

Well if it's my parents or brothers
I say "what" or "huh".
If it's an adult or sometimes friends
I say "excuse me?".
It mainly depends on the person...

i'm just honest and say, "sorry, i wasn't listening. can you say it again?" or "sorry, didn't hear you. can you say it again?" depends on the situation, sometimes i'm into the conversation and i just don't hear them, sometimes my "acute adhd" kicks in and i lost focus.
