There could be several reasons for this....
1. You are burning more calaries than you eat to compensate with your exercise.
2. I would imagine that the majority of the weight that you lost (7lbs) is water weight and that you will most likely begin to see results in a few weeks and notice increased weight if you are lifting weights to build bulk.
3. Lifting to build bulk requires pushing the envelope with your muscles...you need to make sure that you are increasing the weight of the cycles you do lifting. Reps only burn calories if you do not increase the resistance (daily or at minimum weekly, +5 to 20lbs) you will not bulk...also try rotating to doing upper body one day and then lower body another day and then doing torso on the off days included with the cardio. Make sure you are eating plenty of proteins and not just carbs...the shakes I would assume are protein and not Ice Cream based, but your body needs fat to metabolize the proteins so make sure you are getting some lean meat which will have enough fat in it.
3. If you are doing the appropriate weight training to build bulk and eating as much nutrients that you need and are drinking plenty of fluids, then a trip to a doctor would be advised to rule out any metabolic condition such as hyperthyroid. Go to your doctor if you begin noticing nose bleeds, yellowing of the skin, extreme sensitivity to heat, increased sweating when not exercising.
4. Most likely this is a temporary thing and you will see things change if you follow the simple steps above...7lbs is not that much unless you are already underweight...

well a couple things. Your just like me, no matter how hard I worked out I never gained weight or muscle mass I just became cut. It sucks but that's just you your body.
Your losing weight because your muscles are in need of all the protein and fat you consume to grow. Go by GNC and talk the guys there. They'll set you up with a good whey protein shake, or give you good tips on your body.
hope I helped

Dude, that's only 7 pounds, relax. If you look and feel good, who cares if you lose a few pounds in the process? If you're burning fat, you're going to lose weight. It will plateau eventually. I wouldn't worry about it unless you lose more than maybe 15 pounds (depending on your height and build though), or unless you start feeling unwell. Then you should probably speak to your doctor.

i think it might be if your working out every single day it doesnt give your muscles a chance to build back up and get bigger, if you just keep them broken down they will stay broken down and not get bigger, making you lose weight. but im not a guy so i dont know for sure, but my boyfriend works out everyday and thats what was happening to him. you also might be like him and have a reallllly high motabolism. good luck though..hope i helpedd =]

dude you are burning more fat than gaining muscle. Being cut is better that looking bulky so enjoy it. I'm cut too and I dont have a problem with it.

what kinda exercises are you doing?
anything like running burns fat.
just stick to lifting weights.
it's also about what kinda meals you are eating.
Try foods high in protein.
and if you just started working out then you have to lose fat before you can gain muscle.

do leg exercises and run one day, do upper body the next, eat a lot of meat, that's good if you want to gain muscle and that's what it sounds like you want to do. working out alot may seem like it's helping but it's not the resting part is what builds the muscle.(keep doin the shakes)
