I've had enough! As soon as I plug up one hole, they find another! What is the best thing to use to kill the whole colony? Preferably something I can put by a trail for them to take back to the colony....

You can buy stuff that is called "Ant Sand" from hardware shops. It actually looks like fine grain sand that you pour onto paths, etc making sure it goes down in the crevices. They pick up the grains and take back to the nests. Have to be persistent until all the nests are killed off. You will know when there are no more ants! (It's safe around pets) Good luck!

I use Grant's Ant Bait. (both indoors and outdoors) You can find it at Home Depot, or probably just about any other hardware store.
I've had a lot of success with it when I have massive ants around the garden or in random places inside our house.

I bought two products at Wal Mart. One is called Once and Done and the other is called Over and Out. You spread them out over your lawn and your ants should disappear. I've used it for two years now and it works great for me. One product is for killing any ants you have now and the other is more for keeping them from coming back. I'm very happy with the results.

I strongly recommend a product called TERRO which can be purchased from your local hardware store. I have used in both in my house and the outside areas such as picnic table, patio, etc. with excellent results.
