You can buy tickets on movietickets.com and fandango.com and you can also go to the theater that they will show the movie and ask if you can buy an advanced ticket. I have done this before.

By booking online, but u need a credit card. If u cant get it on the opening u sure will later on. Just go there a day in advance.
