I did and then one day, I found all the letters I wrote to her (with my lost tooth attached to each one of them), and that was quite a chock!! I was still a kid but to compare to an adult experience, it would be like discovering your husband has two other wives in other states and you're just married to one of his alias, or that your wife used to be someone else and had been escaping the law or your parents are really not your parents but either adopted you or kidnap you or...you get my drift.

Ya, and I even believed, as my dear father would tell me, that if I kept my tongue out of the space where the tooth had been, I would grow in a brand new gold tooth! Boy, did I try to keep from putting my tongue in that hole! Who knew gold teeth would be all the rage today....hmmmmm.....
Ya, I'm a sucker!

No. But i believed in Santa until I was 5...it was a very traumatic experience when my parents told me!! You know I had my suspicions but they reassured that he was real...liars! Tell your children the truth.

I was always a skeptic with things like that. It really killed it when my mom didn't notice that I was awake and she put the money under my pillow.
