I am making a cloth banner. It is latex paint on cotton or cotton blend fabirc (not sure which).

Can I iron it to take out the wrinkles before I paint the design on the banner with acrylic paint?

Hmmm. latex paint. When I get latex paint on my clothes (and it dries) it usually doesn't come out or cause a problem when I press something ..... but... here are some thoughts: Have you tried dabbing a little latex paint on another piece of fabric and trying to press that when it dries? I'd put another piece of clean cloth over and under the one you want to press just in case it's a "no go." Did you try pressing a small corner of the fabric in question again with another cloth over and under it? You might also just try steaming the fabric instead of ironing it. You can buy a small travel type steamer for very little.... Good luck.

Sure, just use a pressing cloth in between.
