For me it was my dad, when I touched the hot oven even when I was told not too...got a nice spanking n was grounded flat for 2 weeks...I was 7 then...I still remember it everytime I bake ne thing..always cautious now.

my dad always gave me the belt. The worst punishment was given to me and my brothers and sisters....we were sent out in the cold with only our pj's on. The older brothers kept us warm by building a fort out of cardboard! We were still cold. We spent an hour outside. I still hate the cold for that reason.

I think kids who got grounded are so lucky. I got a spanking on more then my butt, all up my legs and back, I had whelps and bruises. I got pulled very hard by the hair, hit in the face, hit in the head...I guess it was for being in the same room with my father when he was drunk.

I went to an old fashioned boarding school in Ireland in the 70s
I was caned several times and it wasnt nice but the worst was when i got it on the hand four strokes

I ran away from home and my dad punished me for 2 weeks with no phone and you know when you are a teenager that going without a phone is the worst thing ever.

Got an azz whiping so bad I still have the scars to this day.
When I was in the 7th grade I skipped school with two (fast azz) girls. One in 8th grade the other in high school.
Got reported by almost every adult in the neighborhood. Not for being out of school but for being around those girls.
That whipping saved my life bcuz today those girls are crack heads.

My mom stuck a bar of soap in my mouth for dropping the F-bomb. I think that I was about 6 or 7.

8 strokes of the cane at boarding school for smoking....i was 16 & the humiliation was almost as bad as the pain
