Car vibrating could mean a lot things going on. Front end alignment, Tires balanced, Shocks/struts, If it is rear drive could be you need u joints. Front wheel drive could be you need new wheel bearings or cv joints. Could be motor mounts on trans/motor. And on and on and on.

You've most likely answered yourself. Get tires balanced, the cheapest of problems could be. If doesn't work check shocks.

if it only happens while you accelerate then it could be a bad engine mount, cv shaft, u-joint. a tire balance problem usually will be around 60-65 mph and there no matter what you are doing accelerating decelerating coasting.

take it in for a balance and rotate the tires, have them inspect your tires for an worn tires
