If the file is too large to e mail, you can upload it to a file sharing service such as rapidshare, and she can download it from that server.

You could try a file compresser, such as WinZip or something of the like. Make sure that she has it too so she can unzip the file and view it.

get winrar. it's free and google it. zip it up and send it to her. You can send it thru gmail easily. Just click on add file and browse.. click on where you put your zip file and gmail will send it to her. It zips it and makes download times easier.
