40 years from now when you evaluate your meager savings resulting from all the dead end, boring busy work jobs you had, you will know why students should be forced to go to school/.

Sadly, yes, although I'd prefer "required" to "forced." They're too young to work, and it's too dangerous to have children or teenagers at loose ends all day. In addition, what kind of work could someone with no education do? Pick tomatoes at 45 cents for a 32 pound basket? It's a shame that school isn't more appealing, but it's a vicious circle: bored, disruptive (and worse) kids make the teachers' job harder, and the result is even less stimulating classes.

Yes! All kids should be required to get an education through the 12th grade. An education benefits both the individual and the society in which he will most likely end up living. Each individual needs an education in order to understand how to survive in his community. Likewise, a community needs educated citizens if it is to survive and run smoothly. Don't think of compulsory education as some kind of a prison sentence. Think of it as a marvelous opportunity for you to learn how to contribute and improve your community and in so doing help your community to remain a stable, supportive, and beneficial social group for one and all.

Definitely, all students need to learn, it has to be enforced that children get an education (school or home based), if not a lot of parents would quite happily allow their children to not attend school.

Of course they should be! A child wouldnt be able to have a proper education if they werent forced to go to school. But then again it all depends on what you want to do with your future. Thats a tough one!

It al depends on the age. WHen they are young of course they should be. Once they got old (college) I don't thin its a good idea. Then we would all have a college degree and everybody would be fighting for jobs. It wouldn't be good. Leave college for those who want to go.

"do you think students should be forced to go to school?"
Students are already in school, so the obvious answer is yes, and you obviously need to stay there, period.

Yes I do if kids don't go to school, how will they live? My reason is educational benefits. Without any education it is hard to get a good job and there aren't many oppurtunities open to him/her.
