If it's a GOOD steak Nothing. But when it's Bad you gotta use all of the above to make it palletable

easily, if the purple meat desires a sauce... that's no longer a "steak". i will marinate a brand long island or marketplace Steak in Teriyaki sauce or a Worchestershire based marinade... yet i do in comparison to sauce on a steak.
