Is there a way to learn how to do a flip flop without someone spotting?

I want to learn how to do a back handspring, but i dont always have someone to spot me. Is there a way to learn how to do it with out a spotter?

I would not recommend trying to do them on your own without a spot. You could land on your neck and seriously injure yourself. Instead, you can do drills at home that will still help you speed up the learning process, only more safely than trying to flip by yourself.
