I think bottled beer tastes much better. You don't get that aluminum taste.

I don't drink it. However I always buy bottled beer to make my beer bread and beer batter for frying foods. I buy bottled beer for the exact same reason you do... I think it tastes better in my cooking. Canned beer tastes slightly "off" to me.

I like to keep them in the bottle or the can, i take morphine for pain, and dying from a beer doesn't appeal to me that much.
