Say Morgan, why do you delete your question when you seen a bunch of thumbs down? Is this a kind of a courtesy to the responders?

I will delete my question if I start getting a lot of negative answers or seeing people getting a lot of thumbs down. I delete my answers too if I start getting a lot of thumbs down=== I don't want to start any problems or see people get hurt by my questions

No idea - I just get on here and answer questions - I don't understand the vagaries of other contributors' actions. I must have missed the person going on vacation.
I guess, at the end of the day, although a lot of us take a lot of pleasure form this site, it is just an Internet site, which is available to all. Some members just seem a little more touchy than others. I hope they get over it. YA isn't my whole life, and I hope it isn't anyone else's.

Unless she chose to delete the question herself, the system has means for recourse to a higher authority, which I have been doing and getting my questions back. Someone chooses not to play well with others. So others decide to take a vacation for a little while methinks. The more people on board, the harder it is to please all the people all the time. If we can learn to communicate our differences in a mature way and ignore the obvious trolls, then we can have fun the way we used to when I first joined here. I hope Sage changes her mind and comes back without taking a vacation.

If you get a bunch of negative responses it is best to delete your own question or your answer. It eliminates a bunch of conflict in the long run. I often do this if I see thumbs down adding up. Just a thought.

I must have missed that question. I cannot explain the actions of others. I have a hard enough time explaining my own.

Don't know, but since I'm blocked from that account, then I don't know what the question said to begin with! I just know that no one can point the finger in my direction this time! I guess I should say thanks for blocking me! Sure makes me understand how things work around here...thanks!

No idea. But people come and go for their own reasons. Why they choose to do is only the business of those they confide it to.

I can't figure that one out either. I've quit trying to figure some people out on here. Most are wonderful and lovely people, some I just sit with a ? on my forehead. LOL
