Who's better 1979 Steelers or 2007 N.E. Patriots?

I personally think the '79 Steelers would maul this 2007 Patriots team. Next to the '79 Steelers the 2007 Patriots are panzies

the 70s steelers.hands down.they had,terry bradshaw at qb,franco harris and rocky blier at fb and hb,lynn swann and john stallworth were they wideouts,with freenchy fuqua at slot.then on deffence,they had jack lambert,jack hamm,and andy russel(or robin cole)as there linebackers.then they had joe greene,l.c. greenwood,dwight white,and ernie holmes were there steel curtin,2ndarry they had donnie shell and mel blount.they were just better.plus they beat the cowboys in the superbowl )=]-[

and btw,the 72 dolphins would get crushed by any team now.look at there scores,24-23,14-10,they barely won,they just got lucky,and there starting quaterback bob greise wasnt even there and earl morrel had to come in for him.there best players were nick bounicoti and larry csonka.

You can't compare teams from different eras....

For one thing, the rules are far different today than in 1979; not to mention the fact that the players are bigger and faster.
