where can i buy sodium acetate or what's a subsitute for it?

I'm trying to make hot ice for a science experiment and i cant find where to buy it please help. :)

Well, I put in 'sodium acetate buy' into Google and got returns from many places including 'cheapvitamins.com' and for amounts from 100gms (about what you need) to 12 pounds.
