The risks of breast reduction are no greater than the ability to breast feed. I know this because my mother got it done due to back problems, and I'm going to need it too. I'm 13 and almost D and already getting back problems. Anyways, I'd suggest it AFTER she has children. But make sure she talks to her doctor because sometimes they can do a simple liposuction rather than a real surgery.

Hope I could be of some help. Good luck. :)

How old is she. Yes, a reduction will help with that and her back pain that she most likely has with DDs. But, she has to be old enough. If she's still young, chances are her breasts will even out. But, it isn't unusual to have slightly different sizes.
The best way to figure out part of that is to go to a place like Victoria's Secret and the women there will do an accurate tape measure and get her into the most flattering bra.

There are risks with EVERY surgery. They are minimal but they are there.

I had a breast reduction Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit. She would greatly benefit from it if she has back pain.

maybe i would see a doctor to see if there is pain medication for her back. if she just doesn't like that ones bigger and doesn't want surgery, there are bras with more padding on one side.(so they would look even) hope i helped!

My opinion is that with all we have to worry about with our breasts (Cancer especially) why mess with mother nature? I would NEVER let a doctor cut into my breasts unless it were to save my life.
